Glass Ceiling

For years the “little woman” was a homemaker or was forced by convention to work in the few professions open to women. The talent that went to waste because of gender repression is astounding. Male run companies refused to allow women to rise past a certain controllable point. This point has been called the “Glass Ceiling”. A woman trying to satisfy her professional goals is made to feel naked and exposed to the repression of her ambition by those who secretly fear a woman will rise to a position of authority.

Skill will eventually triumph, and it is increasingly possible to shatter the “Glass Ceiling”.
