Flight to Freedom

Transgender people suffer a great deal of torment at the hands of the uninformed. These tormentors do so because of religious belief, insecurity, or social ignorance. It’s like vilifying someone for having red hair.

The person shown in this image is a normal human being. She has a normal female brain. She is very intelligent and holds a degree in engineering. She has a normal male body.

Because society forces her to wear the wrong clothes and present a false image, she is conflicted. She lost her job after “coming out” at work, even after extensive coordination with company management.

We all seek to have society accept us for what we are. It’s too bad transgender people find that acceptance is not readily forth-coming.

Her dream is to take the flight to freedom to let the world see her as she sees herself.
